In cooperation with Payment Service Provider DocData Payments we offer you several secure ways to pay, like:

All our payments will be handled by Payment Service Provider DocData. They use a secured connection (ssl) to facilitate the payment process. The payment details like credit card numbers, cvc2 codes, etc. are only used to settle this specific transaction. The information needed to process the payment is encrypted during the process and deleted after the transaction has been completed and settled with the credit card company. If you have completed the payment process, you will receive an email confirmation from your order and payment.
As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment, we will take care of your order and normally dispatch the package within the delivery time as mentioned by the products.
Delivery:
As soon as the payment is confirmed at our Payment Service Provider Docdata, we will take care of your order. The average dispatch time is between 5 to 10 business days. Please note, that this is an indication and not fatal. The maximum dispatch time can take up to 30 days in case of stock- or backorder problems.
Your product will normally be dispatched within the period which is mentioned by the product. In case of stock- or backorder problems we will keep you informed by email of the status of your order. If you wish to request the status of your order you best send us an email towards servicedesk@fangadgets.com.
As soon as we are going to dispatch the package, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the shipment. The average delivery time for each region is:
Region 1: 1-2 business days for The Netherlands
Region 2: 4-10 business days for Europe (Priority Parcels)
Region 3: 10-15 business days for Rest of the world (Priority Parcels)
Shipping Prices:
We are able to ship the orders to all countries worlwide. For every order/shipment we charge a one time fee as mentioned below:
Region 1: EUR. 5,00 (The Netherlands) handling- and shipping cost per order.
Region 2: EUR. 8,50 (Europe) handling- and shipping cost per order.
Region 3: EUR. 15,00 (Rest of the World) handling- and shipping cost per order.
Problems and Returns:
Unfortunately there may occur problems with the shipping and delivery of our products. Of course we will do everything in our power to avoid that.

With BD TradeService v.o.f. (BDTS) you are able to return your goods for an exchange or refund provided that is within 7 days after receiving the package and make sure the items have not been worn.
If goods are returned in their original packing along with your ordernumber and reason for return, refunds will be made within the 14 days that follow the receipt of returned goods. Articles are to be returned to:
